What is Sound to Vision?
Sound to Vision (SToV) is Desktop browser software for use in creating videos for social media, or as a live broadcast, either streamed over the internet or in a public concert.
What problem does Sound to Vision solve?
Musicians often want to create visual content to accompany their music either for live performances or to help leverage a social media following. Our browser tool (soundtovision.com) makes it easy to create dynamic visual content which complements and reacts to music. Our tool can be used to directly create videos or as a platform to live broadcast content, either over the internet or in a public concert/exhibit.
Engaging visuals provide the perfect accompaniment to music, and are only becoming more relevant in an age of mixed media art production. Until recently this was a completely different discipline, and currently learning such a discipline takes a lot of time and/or money to produce something truly relevant. SToV empowers musicians (and other content creators) to make compelling visuals which match and react to their music, in an easy-to-use online template format. One new innovation of SToV is that visuals can be produced live, in-browser, in response to live music performance.
