Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of soundtovision.com, its editors, and the Sound to Vision Pro desktop app (together, the "Service"), provided by Odlogo ("we", "us", "our"), London, UK. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use. The Pro app is also covered by its End User Licence Agreement.
2. Your Account
- You must be at least 16 to create an account.
- Give accurate details when you register, and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and can't be transferred.
- You can delete your account at any time from Manage Account. Deleting it also ends your Sound to Vision Pro licence, if you have one, and any unused tokens: these are tied to the account and can't be restored or refunded. What we keep afterwards, and why, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
3. Tokens and AI Features
- Tokens pay for the AI features (for example, generating a timeline, a design or a reactive graph). Each request shows its price in tokens before you send it, and the tokens are taken when it's accepted.
- A request that fails on our side has its tokens returned automatically.
- Free tokens: new accounts get a small number of free tokens, once per person. Closing an account and opening a new one with the same email address doesn't give more.
- Bought tokens are paid for through Stripe. They're for use on the Service only, have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged. Unused tokens don't expire, and aren't refundable once bought except where the law requires it (see section 5).
- AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to output made for others. Check it before relying on it or sharing it.
- To provide the AI features, what you type into them (and, for some requests, a snapshot or description of the project you have open) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to process the request. Don't include personal or confidential information you don't want processed this way.
4. Sound to Vision Pro
- Pro is sold as a one-off licence, at the price shown at purchase. It's a licence to use the app, not a sale of the software.
- The licence is personal to you and lets you activate the app on up to 3 of your own devices. You can sign a device out to use the licence on another.
- The app checks your licence online from time to time. It works offline in between, but needs to connect occasionally to keep working.
- The full terms of the licence are in the EULA.
5. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Prices include VAT where it applies. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don't see or store your full card details.
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because tokens and the Pro licence are supplied immediately, you'll be asked at checkout to agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that this means you lose that right to cancel. This doesn't affect your other legal rights: if something we supply is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right or refund you as the law requires.
6. Your Content
- You own what you make with the Service. Your projects and the files you add stay on your own device; we don't store them on our servers.
- When you use an AI feature, you allow us (and our AI provider) to process what you send only to carry out that request.
- Only add media you own or have the right to use. You're responsible for the music, images and video you use and for what you publish.
- The assets, examples and effects we provide may be used in your own creations, including commercially, but may not be resold or redistributed on their own.
7. Acceptable Use
Don't use the Service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright or other rights;
- create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative, or that sexualises minors;
- try to get around token pricing, licence checks or the limit on free tokens (for example, by creating accounts to collect them);
- interfere with, overload, probe or reverse engineer the Service, except as the law allows;
- resell or share access to your account, tokens or licence.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we'll tell you why first.
8. The Service
We work to keep the Service available and working well, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, change, or have faults. We may change or withdraw features; if we withdraw something you've paid for and not yet used, we'll refund the unused part.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profits or revenue), or for loss of content you didn't back up. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about material changes by email or a notice on the Service, and ask you to accept them when you next sign in. The date at the top shows the latest version.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protection of your local law and can bring proceedings in your local courts.
