End User Licence Agreement

Sound to Vision Pro · Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. About This Agreement

This agreement is between you and Odlogo ("we", "us"), London, UK, and covers the Sound to Vision Pro desktop app, its updates, and the effects, examples and assets that come with it (the "Software"). It applies alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By installing, activating or using the Software you agree to it. If you don't agree, don't install or use it.

2. Your Licence

3. Activation and Going Offline

4. What You May Not Do

Except where the law gives you a right we can't exclude, you may not:

5. Your Content

Everything you make with the Software belongs to you. Your projects, media and recordings stay on your own device; we don't receive them, except what you choose to send to an online AI feature, which is covered by the Terms and Conditions. You're responsible for having the rights to the music, images and video you use.

6. Updates

The Software checks for updates and downloads them automatically; an update installs when you restart the app. Updates are covered by this agreement. We may change or remove features in an update, but we won't take away the core of what you paid for. Some features (such as AI generation and system audio input) need an internet connection, an account, tokens, or a recent version of macOS.

7. Third-Party Components

The Software includes open-source components (for example, Electron) under their own licences. Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under those licences.

8. Ending the Licence

You can stop using the Software at any time. We may end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break this agreement, telling you why where we can. When it ends, you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections 4, 5, 9 and 10 continue to apply.

9. Warranty and Liability

If you're a consumer, the Software must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and you have legal rights if it isn't; nothing here affects them. Apart from that, the Software is provided "as is": we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or suit every purpose, including live performance. Keep backups of your work.

Nothing in this agreement limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss of data you didn't back up, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the licence.

10. Law

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protection of your local law and can bring proceedings in your local courts.
